Xmas Essence Bitters

  • Champagne Cocktail

    Ingredients

    4oz Champagne
    1 Sugar Cube
    Xmas Essence Bitters

    Instructions

    Soak sugar cube in Xmas Essence Bitters.
    Drop sugar cube into champagne flute.
    Top with champagne.


  • Whiskey Sour

    Ingredients

    2 oz Whiskey
    ½ oz Simple Syrup
    ½ oz Lemon Juice
    1 Dash Xmas Essence Bitters
    1 Egg White (Optional)
    Maraschino Cherries (Garnish)

    Instructions

    Shake all ingredients in shaker without ice.
    Add ice and shake again.
    Strain into rocks glass with ice cube.
    Garnish with maraschino cherry.

  • Sunrise

    Ingredients

    2 oz Orange Juice
    ¾ oz Lemon Juice
    ¾ oz Grenadine
    2 Dashes Xmas Essence Bitters
    Sparkling Water


    Instructions

    Add juices and bitters to mixing glass with ice.
    Stir until combined and chilled.
    Strain into highball glass with ice spear.
    Top with sparkling water.

Orange & Cinnamon Bitters

  • Old Fashioned

    Ingredients

    2 oz Bourbon
    ½ oz Simple Syrup
    2 Dashes Orange & Cinnamon Bitters
    Orange Peel (Garnish)

    Instructions

    Stir all ingredients in mixing glass with ice.
    Strain into rocks glass with ice cube.
    Garnish with orange peel.


  • Daiquiri

    Ingredients

    2 oz White Rum
    1 oz Lime Juice
    ½ oz Simple Syrup
    2 Dashes Orange & Cinnamon Bitters
    Lime Wheel (Garnish)

    Instructions

    Assemble all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
    Strain into sugar rimmed coupe.
    Garnish with lime wheel.

  • Anselmo's Punch

    Ingredients

    4 oz Grapefruit Juice
    1 oz Lime Juice
    ½ oz Simple Syrup
    2 Dashes Orange & Cinnamon Bitters
    Club Soda
    Mint Stalk (Garnish)


    Instructions

    Assemble citrus juice, syrup, and bitters in shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
    Open pour into highball glass.
    Top with club soda.
    Garnish with mint stalk.

Lime & Hibiscus Bitters

  • Oh My Word

    Ingredients

    ¾ oz Gin
    ¾ oz Amaro
    ¾ oz Green Chartreuse
    ¾ oz Maraschino Liqueur
    2 Dashes Lime & Hibiscus Bitters
    Lemon Peel (Garnish)

    Instructions

    Stir all ingredients in mixing glass with ice.
    Strain into chilled coupe.
    Garnish with lemon peel.

    Ingredients

    2 oz Blanco Tequila
    ¾ oz Simple Syrup
    ½ oz Falernum
    ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
    2 dashes Lime & Hibiscus Bitters
    Lime Wheel (Garnish)

    Instructions

    Stir all ingredients in mixing glass with ice.
    Strain into sugar rimmed coupe.
    Garnish with lime wheel.

  • Fruit Cooler

    Ingredients

    2 oz Seasonal Fruit Juice
    ½ oz Orgeat
    4 oz Coconut Water
    2 Dashes Lime & Hibiscus Bitters
    Fruit slices (Garnish)

    Instructions

    Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake to cool and combine.
    Open gate pour into Collins glass
